After curing, Posi-Shell® forms a resilient surface barrier to dramatically reduce airborne emissions released from exposed waste surfaces. Volatile organic compounds, aldehydes, ketones, and alcohols are reduced by as much as 97%, providing an extremely effective odor control solution that works in two ways:
- It forms a protective barrier coating that contains noxious odors
- the content of some Posi-Shell formulations work as a neutralizing agent that reduces odors.
